📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting of durian trees.
• Manage and mentor a team of farmers, providing training and support to ensure high productivity.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices to maintain soil health and environmental sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and best practices.
• Develop and execute a crop management plan to optimize yield and quality.
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular farm inspections to identify and address issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in durian farming or related agricultural roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing farm operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of sustainable and organic farming practices.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools such as FarmLogs, AgriWeb, or similar.
• Knowledge of local agricultural regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
