As an Experienced Chef at Private Advertiser, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, creating and perfecting dishes that tell a story. You'll work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu items and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This role offers a chance to work in a bustling environment where creativity and precision are valued.

We're offering a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month, plus benefits including health insurance, performance bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and traditional Indonesian dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Create and perfect new menu items that highlight the unique flavors of Indonesia.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques.
• Ensure dishes are presented attractively and meet our high standards of food presentation.
• Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu.
• Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef, with a focus on seafood and traditional Indonesian cuisine.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
