📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and developing new staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service.
  • Monitoring and maintaining store standards, including cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensuring all orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participating in inventory management and ensuring all stock levels are accurately recorded.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in the food service industry, preferably at Domino's.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in food service management may be preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
