As the Director, you will oversee the entire battery minerals value chain, from exploration and mining to processing and supply chain management, ensuring we meet the growing demand for lithium, cobalt, nickel, and other critical minerals.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including geologists, engineers, and supply chain professionals, to develop and implement strategies that enhance our operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, international partners, and local communities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire battery minerals value chain, from exploration and mining to processing and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve sustainability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, international partners, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Represent PT Bangka Mineral Resources in industry forums, conferences, and other professional events.
• Develop and implement a robust risk management framework to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the battery minerals industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining and processing operations.
• Strong understanding of the global battery minerals market, including supply chains, pricing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Certifications in environmental management, health and safety, or risk management are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
• Experience working in the Bangka Belitung region is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically as required.
