📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge gained from training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
