Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Develop user manuals, guides, and tutorials for our products,Write API documentation and technical articles,Review and edit technical content for clarity and correctness,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing and communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with Markdown, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus
