📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on construction sites.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazards.,Develop and implement safety programs and procedures.,Provide training and supervision to workers on safety practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.,Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure safety goals are met.,Promote a safety culture within the construction team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety or a related field.,Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience in using safety management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
