In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be based in our Canggu office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Manage and mentor junior training officers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
