📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel frequently, both within and outside the region.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
