📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement regulatory and financial risk management strategies aligned with industry standards and best practices.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.,Lead and mentor junior consultants in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and report on regulatory changes and their impact on financial risk.,Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory and financial risk management issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance risk management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory and financial risk management.,Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and financial risk assessment tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience in remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
