📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and salaries,Maintain relationships with external auditors and tax authorities,Provide training and support to junior accounting staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
