We are seeking a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our team at CV Nagari Cipta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
