📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their development goals.,Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation tools and techniques.
