📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplier relationships.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and inventory systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
