📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of teas using high-quality ingredients and premium equipment.
• Assist in managing bakery operations, ensuring pastries and desserts are fresh and delicious.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Stock and organize tea supplies, ensuring a well-stocked inventory.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the tea bar and bakery area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a tea or hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of tea preparation and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with bakery operations and equipment is a plus.
