You will work with various stakeholders, including vendors, legal teams, and internal departments, to facilitate smooth contract renewals. In this role, you will use tools like SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, and Jira to manage contracts efficiently. With a base salary of IDR 12,000,000 - 18,000,000 per month, this position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and renew IT contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract renewals.
- Use SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, and Jira to streamline contract management processes.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewal processes proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and renewal activities.
- Provide regular reports on contract status and renewal progress to the management team.
- Assist in resolving contract-related issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Participate in weekly onsite meetings and collaborate with the team to drive contract management initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
- Proficient in using SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, and Jira.
- Strong understanding of IT contract lifecycle and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with night shift work is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
