Makmur Citra Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. The Lab Technician will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. This is a hybrid position, combining both office and field work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for providing quality healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Record and document test results and patient information accurately.,Assist in the preparation and preservation of specimens for testing.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate test results.,Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Valid certification or registration with relevant professional bodies.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
