Prime Direct Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Ciputat or remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
