📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in training and development programs for employees,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
