📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit and onboard new employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Administer leave and attendance management systems,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
