Food Up Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.,Manage and maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and record visitor and customer information accurately.,Handle mail and packages, and assist with courier services when necessary.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Professional and polite demeanor.
