📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 5-10 Face to Face Fundraisers, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies that engage directly with the community, including door-to-door campaigns, community events, and outreach programs.
• Utilize Salesforce and Mailchimp to track donor interactions, campaign performance, and overall fundraising progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Monitor and analyze fundraising data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Represent Xplore Fundraising Services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of success in face-to-face fundraising campaigns.
• Certification in Fundraising Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of fundraisers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Mailchimp for fundraising and donor management.
• Experience working in the social sector or non-profit environment is a plus.
