📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management.,Proven track record of successful warehouse management and logistics coordination.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
