📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing daily and weekly menus.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.,Lead and mentor the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and well-maintained.,Participate in staff training and development initiatives.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the restaurant's culinary goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Deputy Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
