📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and operations.
• Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new medical devices and technologies.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical devices industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business unit.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
