Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and reports to senior management.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
