📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant attendance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
