We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vendor Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from the beautiful island of Bali. You will be responsible for managing and developing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales growth for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Manage vendor contracts and negotiate terms to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.,Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of vendor products and services.,Identify new vendor opportunities and evaluate potential partners to expand our vendor network.,Drive sales growth by promoting vendor products and services to our SMB clients.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our vendor management processes are up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.,Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and driving sales growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address vendor-related issues and challenges.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.,Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
