PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Medical Social Worker to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical social work services to individuals and families in the community, focusing on improving their quality of life and overall well-being. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate the social, emotional, and environmental needs of individuals and families in the community.,Develop and implement case management plans to address the identified needs and promote positive outcomes.,Provide individual and group counseling, education, and support to clients and their families.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.,Advocate for clients and their families to access necessary resources, services, and support.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided, and make recommendations for program improvement.,Maintain accurate and confidential client records, and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical social work or a similar role.,Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Medical Social Worker in Indonesia or another relevant jurisdiction.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian culture, society, and healthcare system.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience working with diverse populations, including those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or mental health conditions.,Familiarity with community health programs, outreach services, and case management is a plus.
