📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Contribute to the development of new menu items and recipes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
