• Oversee and manage all mechanical maintenance activities in the milling facilities
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Ensure all mechanical equipment is in optimal working condition through regular inspections and maintenance
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus
• Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
• Ability to travel within Bali as needed
