Global Leaf Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including inventory, orders, and shipments.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the logistics process.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and planning of logistics events, such as inventory audits and transportation scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and transportation management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus but not mandatory.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.
