In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to build and maintain business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of the café and coffee industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
